Custom Make My Ring
Every custom ring begins with a conversation. From there it passes through four stages in our Bangkok workshop, from CAD drawing to final polish.
The Making
From drawing to your hand.

CAD Drawing
After our consultation, your sketch and ideas are translated into a precise 3D model. We send you renders from every angle, showing the exact proportions, stone sizes and band width, so you can see the ring before it exists. Changes are made at this stage until the design feels right, and nothing moves to metal until you approve it.

Casting
The approved model is printed in wax or resin and set in a plaster mould. The mould is heated so the model melts away, leaving a cavity in the exact shape of your ring. Molten 18k gold or platinum is then poured in, and once cooled, the raw casting is cleaned, shaped and refined by hand to prepare it for its stones.

Stone Setting
Each certified stone is checked against its report before it is set. Working under magnification, our setters cut precise seats into the metal and shape each prong or bezel around the stone by hand, so it sits level, secure and in the best light. Pavé and accent stones are set one at a time in the same way.

Polishing
The ring is refined through progressively finer abrasives until every surface is smooth, then polished to a high shine or given the finish you chose. We clean it, check every stone, prong and measurement against the approved design, and confirm the ring size before it is presented to you.
