Clear terms, honestly stated — from your first consultation to a piece you will wear for life.
Every commission is created entirely from scratch, from the first sketch to the finished piece. Nothing is drawn from a catalogue — each design, material choice and detail is developed around your story, then handcrafted by our artisans in Bangkok.
Your first consultation carries no fee and no obligation. In a private setting, in Bangkok or virtually, we take the time to understand what you are looking for, explore materials and talk through design direction before any commitment is made.
Once you confirm a design, we require a 50% deposit to begin crafting, with the remaining balance due upon completion, before your piece is collected. This deposit secures your materials, your place in our production schedule and our artisans’ time, and is non-refundable once work has begun.
We honour a lifetime buy-back on the gold in any piece we have made, at the prevailing market price at the time of exchange. This applies to gold content only — set stones are not eligible for buy-back. If you would like to reimagine a piece, we will melt down the gold and craft it into a new custom design for a flat fee of ฿2,000.
Every piece carries a three-month warranty against defects in workmanship, such as a loose setting or clasp fault arising from craftsmanship rather than everyday wear. We recommend an annual inspection at our atelier to help keep your piece in its best condition; the warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or repairs carried out by a third party.
Your finished piece can be collected in person at our atelier in Bangkok, or delivered internationally. For international and virtual clients, we do our best to showcase each stone and the completed piece as closely as technology allows, through detailed photography and video during your consultation.
Additional Assurances
Every diamond and gemstone we use is accompanied by an independent grading certificate where applicable, and each commission includes a signed certificate of authenticity detailing its materials.
We are always happy to clean and inspect your piece at our atelier — we recommend doing so every 6 to 12 months to keep settings secure and stones brilliant.
We offer one complimentary resizing within 6 months of collection, where the design allows. Pieces that cannot be resized will be remade at no additional cost within this period.
Every consultation, design and personal detail is held in strict confidence. We never share your commission or documentation without your consent.
